Coaching is one of my services that I am passionate about .

Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide variety of clients, including small start-ups and established businesses looking to grow to the next level, and large organisations investing in the training and development of their people. In every case though, you and the business are at the centre of everything I do. My purpose is not to lead or follow, but to walk alongside you challenging, questioning, probing and always supporting you on your adventure of development.

Over the years I have worked with hundreds of businesses, mainly small to medium enterprises and often the business leader and owner are one and the same; some are very successful and are looking to grow to the next level by increasing staff, production, markets or market share. Others are looking for support with more personal issues such as conflicting values and beliefs, communication skills, creating rapport and much more.

Truth is that often people just need time and space to find their way. My personal coaching is designed to create and hold that space for you to do with it as you will. I won’t give you a place to hide, but rather a place to explore and discover the unique strengths and gifts I know you have. And then use them.
